Autopack Master for WMS enabled org

Hi Gurus

I am in 11i and WMS enabled org

i have created Pallet as container item and also created an FG item and then established item and contaner relationship.In shipping parameter, the Auto pack master enabled and enforce containerisation enabled.

I book the order for Fg and then checked the shipping transactions form, there is no delivery line appended for container item pallet. I try to perform auto pack or pack action from the shipping transaction, system throw an error it is WMS enabled use mobile.

How can i perform packing and consuming the qty tracking pallets?

Also packing workbench is  creating error Ora-data 0403 data not found
