Service Migration - LOG and NOTES Migration

Hi,

We have to migrate service requests from 11i instance to R12 instance. But we have a problem with how to migrate service log to R12 intance. With which API?

JTF_NOTES_PUB will be used for notes migration but we don't know how can we migrate service requests' log? (You can access log detail from 'Log and Notes' button in

service request creation form) This issue is very urgent for us. If you share your info related this subject, we will appreciated.
