How to configure Fast Recovery Area with Streams

Hi All,
I am using single instance database 11.2.0.2.0 (64-Bit). Fast Recovery Area was not configured and Oracle streams were setup to send data to a remote site. While creating physical standby database, I configure Fast Recovery Area (RMAN default deletion policy for archivelog). Data Guard is running fine but Streams have stopped. The person who has configured Streams is on his views that don't use FRA because it keep deleting archivelogs and if in future, some how if we need an archivelog already deleted to re-initiate streams, we can't re-initiate it. How can I overcome this situation?
