Question on patches for Extended Support

Hi,
Apps 11.5.10.2

Can you please confirm that if you are not using Fixed Assest or Property Manager within the Financials Family Pack that you do not require to apply the patches outlined in the Extended Support Doc.

The products are only licensed because Financials is licensed.
