Some customers are reporting problems with RDA.exe after upgrading to Tools Release between 9.1.0.0 and 9.1.0.5.

Symptoms may include:

Attempting to open EditER by right clicking on a section from within RDA (Report Design Aid).

Attempting to open a UBE on a web development client displays several warning messages and then crashes with warnings like the following:

sections are denoted by an asterisk (*) in the section description.}

^{WARNING: The text ID 635 of OBject 2 in Section 222 conflicts with another report object and will be changed to a 672.}
