Tracking on URL Links in outbound emails

Hello,

In ODM, I understand all outbound email messages that have URL links i.e. HREF, are tracked in ODM using “Exact Target”, is there a way to specify URL links that should not be tracked ?

The reason for this question is that we have URL links (anchors/fragment URL’s)  in email messages sent to users that link to other parts of the email message that are in HTML so that you don’t have to use the scrollbar or manually go to that section, and we would like these URL’s to be excluded from tracking.thanksAlex
