How to acitivate an Inactive customer in Receivale EBS

Inactive customer cannot be viewed or seen in Customer creation form to reactivate. The same customer can be seen in report "Customer Listing Detail" & in Account Details of Collections workbench.

Anybody knows how to activate an inactive customer
