Auto Invoices Master program rejected with the error message Please complete your tax accounting fle

we intent to create AR manual Invoice through Auto Invoice master program.but anyway always rejected with the error message "Errors: 1) Please complete your tax accounting flexfield (1..14522.....000.000)".

I had checking there is no data refer to that accounting flexfield but always pointing to that accounting flexfield.

Anyone can advise me ?
