Install, Upgrade, Clone, Patch - EBS (MOSC)

Merge patch was applied twice on the instance. Please provide feedback on the impact of this action.

Hi Team,

Customer is in process of Database upgrade from 10.2.0.3 to 11.2.0.3,
As per Interopability Note they have to apply these patches(10193407,5644137,7456837,8815204,9535311,9835302) which includes the Interop and Techstack Patches also.

They have merged all the above patches and then applied ,After that DB Upgrade also completed Successfully.
unintentionally they have applied these merge Patches again after completion of DB Upgrade.

Please let us know if there any Impact on Performance wise or any other to Application.
