Synchronize NLS and American English product patches

have recently upgraded our instance from 11.5.9 to 12.1.3 .
Though we have applied NLS 12.1.1 and 12.1.3 we want to make sure that both arabic and US language are in sync.

So please provide AR patch to synchronise with US
