Concurent request completed with warning due to OPP issue

Hi,

We recently cloned our test environmnet and after that OPP is working properly. We found below errors in OPP logfile.

[21/11/12 14:26:52] [UNEXPECTED] [80033:RT11875731] java.io.IOException: The file access permissions do not allow the specified action.
at java.io.UnixFileSystem.createFileExclusively(Native Method)
at java.io.File.createNewFile(File.java:894)
at oracle.apps.fnd.cp.opp.OPPRequestThread.lockRequest(OPPRequestThread.java:258)
at oracle.apps.fnd.cp.opp.OPPRequestThread.run(OPPRequestThread.java:118)

We followed the note id 352518.1 and increase the OPP resonse time and OPP process time out values but issue still exists.

Can you please help us to resolve the issue.
