Two hostname for two interface

Dear All,

We have a Linux box with two active interface eth0 [IP: 172.0.0.1] and eth1 [IP: 172.0.0.2], hostname is Linux1.com

requirement
if logged in to IP 172.0.0.1 hostname should be Linux1.com
if logged in to IP 172.0.0.2 hostname should be Linux2.com
