Hi,
R12.1 Patch 8919491 failing with ORA-03114: not connected to ORACLE
on a 2 nodes RAC environment

the patch log file is showing :

adptaskGetTaskStatusID: Error while selecting from table AD_TASK_STATUS

AutoPatch error:
ORA-03114: not connected to ORACLE


AutoPatch error:
adptaskIncrementalTiming: Error calling adptaskGetTaskStatusID()


AutoPatch error:
adprdcCompileInvalidObjects: Error calling adptaskIncrementalTiming for task Run ST parallel compile.
