how to set field privileges in agile

Hello,

After adding a new multi list field to part class page 2 and after adding the new field to the '(Administrator) Modify parts' privilege under th e 'applied to' list I'm still getting 'No privilege' "value" in the new field instead of seeing the value list created for it.

Please your help, what I'm missing in the setup.
