Oracle AMP/ACMP vs Oracle Appln Mgmt Suite for EBS

Hello,
This was first posted under Technology Stack - EBS community. Possibly, this one is the right community to raise this query in.

Are Application Management Pack for E-Business Suite and Application Change Management Pack for E-Business Suite (which run atop Oracle Enterprise Manager 10g) the same product as Oracle Application Management Suite for E-Business Suite  (which runs atop Oracle Enterprise Manager 11g) ?

Can someone @ Oracle confirm this?
