Bar/QR Code Appearing in HTML Preview But Not in PDF BI Publihser

HI All, I am trying to generate a QR code using BIP, at last, I can see the haphazard QR code in HTML/Excel preview output but not in PDF(In Preview). Can any one help me in this. Do In need to do something extra for this.

Also I need to generate the the QR code using for values in the XML file. Can you please let me know how to concatenate 4 fields into one variable in one XML attribute.
