Move order and Repl tasks are not dispacthed to Mobile

Hi Experts

I have created Mover order issue, Move order transfers (both are manually) and rplenishment transfers (from Intra kanban). These tasks are appearin the WCB and i can assign those to a resource. But it is not dispatched to that particular resource(Destop GUI login)

Can someone through light on this issue
