how to capture the employee id based on the user id

Hi,
We are working for a new custom WMS mobile form for that we need to capture the employee -id(person-id) from per_people_f

by using fnd_global.apps_intialize we need to get the particular  person_id based on the user-login


It is very urgent and any help is really helpfull
