slow oracle tnsping

各位：

     下午好！

     想寻求一下大家的帮助，我们的一个Oracle 9I数据库（OS： Windows Server 2003  DB：9.2.0.8   实时信息较多）

     运行了一段时间后，发现速度特别慢，仔细查找之下，发现tnsping 特别慢，达到了约2000ms左右，正常不超过100ms。

     我运行了一下statspack，生成报告后发现几个疑点：

     1、高速缓存命中率低

     2、db file scattered read 和db file sequential read较高

    另外，我用Toad的图形软件看了一下，也有几个疑点(第一次发帖，不知如何贴图，请指教)，同样贴上，请各位大侠帮忙分析一下，谢谢了。
