All FND process does not comes after patching

Hi ,


We have r12 apps on 11.1.0.7 database on RHEL 5, 64 bit platform. We are doing upgrade of our test instance to 11.2.
After applying following patches, some of the FND processes are not coming up, especially the FNDLIBR processes for concurrent managers.

adstrtal.sh is exiting with status zero.

+ Note that all the patches are applied as seen from ad_bugs and the ad_applied_patches.
