Payroll Month Rollovers for year end

We have a deduction that we would like to rollover (it is not a declining balance PDBA) and have that rollover balance appear in the YTD of the paystub for the 1st pay of the year.  Is this possible?  We did the rollovers last year and thought they were going to work but they only rolled over in the Tables, but we thought we would also see that amount in the YTD amount for that deduction when the 1st payroll of the new year ran.  Is this possible?
