Tools release upgrade - 9.1.0.4->9.1.2 - documentation issues

Hi All,
maybe it is a silly question but I would like ti upgrade my E910's tools to 9.1.2 (from 9.1.0.4). I have not done that before so I am looking for the documentation but each link that looks to be useful end with oracle saying they are sorry but requested url does not exist.

Can you help me get the upgrade manual?
