Missing from Statements

We are having an issue with backdated receipts not showing on customer statements.
Scenario: Weekly Statements, every Saturday: Nov. 3, Nov. 10, Nov. 17 etc...
Statement run date every Tuesday.
The Nov 10 statement is run on Nov 13. The Nov 10 statement contains all activity between Nov 3 and Nov 10. This is good.
Except if a receipt was entered on Nov 14 (after the statement run date) and backdated to Nov 9 (before the statement date).
It doesn't appear on any statement. We must have all activity show on statements.
We also noticed that if we ran a re-print of the Nov 10th statement, the receipt would show.
