Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Need to upgrade 10.2.0.4 SE to 11.1.0.7 EE (Linux)

Would it be best to first upgrade 10.2.0.4 SE to 10.2.0.4 EE, and then do an out of place upgrade to 11.1.0.7 EE?

Or Can I directly go to 11.1.0.7 EE from 10.2.0.4 SE?

Can someone please point me to an exact step by step metalink note #?
