ADDM Findings - OEM

 Hi,We are using Apps: 12.1.3
DB :11.1.0.7

I found following suggestion from ADDM, Please suggest how i cam go with this:

The value of parameter "sga_target" was "4096 M" during the analysis period.
ActionIncrease the size of the SGA by setting the parameter "sga_target" to 4608 M

Findigs:
The SGA was inadequately sized, causing additional I/O or hard parses. Impact 10.7%
Wait class "User I/O" was consuming significant database time.Impact 27%
Hard parsing of SQL statements was consuming significant database time..Impact 9%
