How to update EBS from 12.1.1 to 12.1.3 and update the database from 11.1.0.7 to 11.2.0.3 (Linux x8

Hi,

I want to update EBS (Linux x86-64) from 12.1.1 to 12.1.3 and the database from 11.1.0.7 to 11.2.0.3.  I had read the doc (ID 1080973.1) on metalink, but there are so many docs related this topic.

How can I get the completed  document which write step by step to apply the update.

Can anyone help me ? Thanks a lot.
