Patch 7427746:IBM AIX on POWER Systems (64-bit):11.5.10.2:Failed to Generate FAS443.rdf and FAS445.r

HI,
When applying the patch 7427746, failed to generate following reports.

fa reports/US FAS443.rdf
fa reports/US FAS445.rdf

Errors: REP-0736: There exist uncompiled program unit(s).
        ERROR [code=1]

Patch 7427746:IBM AIX on POWER Systems (64-bit):11.5.10.2:Failed to Generate FA reports
The issue was resolved by grant DEBUG CONNECT SESSION to apps and re-generating the library pll and and reports.


Have tried the suggested solutions but report still failed to generate.
There are no library generation errors.
There are also no invalid FA objects.
