How can we add DFF to find service request spreadtable form?

Hi,

We're trying to add incident_attributes to 'CS_SR_FIND_SERVICE_REQUEST_NUM' datasource which is using to find service request with spreadtable format.

We added incident_attribute_1 in 'Database' and 'Display' field with display sequence manually. But when we find any service request, we got the error which you can see detail in attachment. So we want to wonder that how can add DDF to spreadtable and what should we do for this setup?
