Adding Items to IProcurement

 Hello, how are you doing? i hope well.
iProcurement has just been implemented and i have a number of questions:
  1. How do i make all items in purchasing available in iProcurement?
  2. How do i ensure that any new items added In Purchasing are also available in iProcurement without the user intervention?
  3. Is there an Oracle document or white paper on the correct process of either doing the above?
Any help and information would be greatly appreciated.
