Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How the final assebly product is costed in standard costing?

We are in standard costing

Create an assembly item AB which is combined of two componets item a and B

create the bom for item AB

do we have to cost AB before create a discrete job

or the item will be costed after creation of the job like standard costing
