Invalid POV member specified Error

Hi,

I read the solution of the Invalid POV error in the following document:

Hyperion Financial Management Error "Invalid POV member specified: %0" When Accessing Web Data Entry Forms [ID 1492360.1]

The solution is:

"Create a WDEF with valid background Point of View for all dimensions and have affected users access this form first. After that the users will be able to access all remaining WDEFs in the HFM application."

My Question:

How do you get the user to access the valid form first as workspace remember the last form accessed (which is the invalid one), as a result the POV error show up.
