HFM Application Not responding

Hi,

Occasionaly we have a case which HFM application is not reponding.

The behaviour is that user can't login to HFM application (simply hang),

no error returned. The last one, I checked the System messages, simply no Activity

or update in the event / logs in the past four hours.

Our user who reported the issue mentioned that he performed a data copy

from one POV to another POV.

Our normal action on this is to kill HSVDataSource and HSXServer.

My Question is: How do I check or find out whether data copy executed

by the user is still running? Is there a way to check directly from HFM database
