Purchase order from Maintenance work order

Hi,

In case of maintenance/ equipment work order, I need to use contract labour for doing labor work. How should I create a purchase order for contract/ external labours directly from a maintenance/ equipment work order? (I want a similar functionality as we directly create a purchase order for parts)
