P0015A don't stop extracting records unless it has been stopped

Hi,
In JDE 8.11 SP1.

I tried to access P0015A to enter currency exchange rates, and when i click in the program, it goes extracting thousands and thousands of records. The program execution doesn't stop unless i stop it.
Any idea about this trouble ?
