Issue:The expenditure_type is null from material transactions after mover order created

Datafix or Steps:
To update MTL_MATERIAL_TRANSACTIONS (Column: Expenditure_Type) for move order transactions (attribute3 column of apps.mtl_txn_request_lines).

Application: Oracle Application (Version 12.1.2)
Module: Oracle Inventory
