ATG Delta3 Patch 8919491 errorut out while applying for :

The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

1054 au resource OKSACTEV.pll
1055 au resource OKSAUDET.pll

1058
1059 An error occurred while generating Oracle Forms library files.

+ There are 44 invalids after the patch and running utlrp or adadmin is not getting them down.

+ When checked on OK related invalid object
