Do I have to create new Business Group ?

Hi All,

We already implemented Payroll & Core HR under UAE legislations for a Client “A”. Now the client “A” brought new subsidiary company (“B”) under them. Now this subsidiary (“B”) have their own HR policies and the client “A” wants to implement separate HR policies for this subsidiary (“B”)  in the existing Oracle System. Please advise, what will be the best approach to implement this scenario.
