Program - Publish FSG Report

Hi

I am Application DBA and dont know much about How to use FSG reports.  Need help in resolving the problem.

Current Setup: We have two enviornments , Dev and ST. Both have got Internal(Core Apps) and External(Isupplier) Appliaction Setup's.

Query: One of functional person is running "Program - Publish FSG Report" in both environment.  In dev its working fine , when he open output which in excel format , Clicking on Any cell is pointing yo Core Apps URL.

Where as in ST , When you click on Cell it points to External URL which is wrong. 

Is there any particular setup which I should change to point to Core apps URL?
