Not able to Confirm and Update Absence

We are on R12.1 HRMS RUP4

 This issue arise when the employee is confirming or updating leave.
1. Employee confirms leave using Self-Service
2. Manager approves the request
3. Employee recieves the notification with error message:
‘Application Error has occurred in your process Leave of Absence performed on <<Employee Name>>’

Error message:
‘The changes were not applied because ORA-01841: (full) year must be between -4713 and +9999, and not be 0’'
