Unable to access ADR using the given credentials

in Enterprise Manager Generic (MOSC) Question
I get this error message every time I try to explore the ADR from our Grid Control. We are using Grid Control 12.1.0.2.0 to monitor dozens of oracle databases.  The host os is  GNU/Linux 2.6.18-308.el5 #1 SMP  x86_64
