Setup in conjunction with PeopleSoft

Hello ... Ran through setting up ORacle BI Publisher on a Windows server 2008 R2 - 64 bit and had no real issues.

BI Publisher showed up in Microsoft Word and I was able to walk through some examples etc.

Working on a new server ... identical setup and the installation appears to go without a hitch but ...

BI Publisher does not show up in Word.

Tried uninstalling BIP and Microsoft Office  but the results are the same ...

no errors so I don't know what I can do to troubleshoot.

Anyone else run into this or have any ideas??
