How to physical clone 11gr2 database to different server configured with TDE (tablespace encryption

  I want to know steps make 11gr2 database workable on different server configured with TDE encryption on table spaces.Now I just mount the database with same structure on different server it works fine.
Do i need copy wallet files(auto logon wallet) to other server to make it work or I need to do other steps.
