How to re-enable Customer Dashboard behavior after migrating smartscripts from Siebel 2000 to Siebel
We are performing upgrade from Siebel 2000 to Siebel 8.1.1.7 and using a call center application.
Customer dashboards functionality were used combination of smartscript in our application. We had few issues understanding the behavior of dashboards with respect to behavioral differences between both the versions of Siebel.
We observe that Siebel 2000 has customer dashboard embedded as a part of Smartscript player applet and displays the content available in ‘Dashboard Text’ list column for Smartscript Translation as per the format given.
We observe with Siebel 8.1.1.7 that same behavior is not applicable.
We observe that customer dashboard is not part of Smartscript player applet anymore and is displayed like a separate view which could be configured using following set of objects,
