Create Accounting program is erring out 'ORA-01654: unable to extend index XLA.XLA_ACCOUNTING_E'

Hi Guru,
When i am running Create Accounting Program from receivable responsibility, We are getting some error like,

An internal error occurred.  Please inform your system administrator or support representative that:

An internal error has occurred in the program XLA_00222_AAD_S_000002_PKG.insert_sources_164.  ORA-01654: unable to extend index XLA.XLA_DIA
An internal error occurred.  Please inform your system administrator or support representative that:

An internal error has occurred in the program XLA_00222_AAD_S_000002_PKG.insert_sources_164.  ORA-01654: unable to extend index XLA.XLA_DIA

 
And
