Upgrade of Oracle EBS to 12.1.3 - Error in CSTFVTLC.fmx

Hi,
Upgrading from R11i to R12.

Generating form "forms/US/CSTFVTLC.fmx" with command:

/popt/app/oracle/prd_apps/apps/tech_st/10.1.2/bin/frmcmp_batch module=/popt/app/
oracle/prd_apps/apps/apps_st/appl/au/12.0.0/forms/US/CSTFVTLC.fmb userid=APPS/**
*** output_file=/popt/app/oracle/prd_apps/apps/apps_st/appl/bom/12.0.0/forms/US/
CSTFVTLC.fmx module_type=form batch=yes compile_all=special

ERROR generating form "forms/US/CSTFVTLC.fmx" from input file
/popt/app/oracle/prd_apps/apps/apps_st/appl/au/12.0.0/forms/US/CSTFVTLC.fmb

So, they skipped the error during upgrade and continued the upgrade patch.
