Done ecfg button does not work during 1st click

 Hi All,
 Please, has anybody faced a scenario where the "Done" ecfg button does not work during 1st click and we need to press it 2x to work? 

 This only happens in a custom base and I can see that when it works, it calls the EventContext "Cfg Cx Runtime Hidden Frame (HI)", SubmitRequest_ -- RequestType 'DoneConfig'...

 No error occurs but the button needs to be pressed 2x.
