JDE 8.0 Requirements Planning

We are seeing MRP/DRP messages combining demand from customer orders and forecast. Planning Fence Rule is set to "G" - greater of Customer Demand or Forecast before Time Fence, Forecast after Time Fence. Has anyone seen this before and how did you correct?
