Case Insensitive Searching in Dashboard Report Filters
One of my customer has following requirement.
Case insensitive searches are not working or available in dashboard prompts of CRM On Demand. Client has a requirement where, the system would return all of the possible case insensitive data. For example, if the user enters oracle, the system would return data for Oracle, ORACLE, OraCLe, oracle etc.
At the moment they are using lowercase search as a workaround. However, they want the case insensitive search as above.
Kindly suggest is there a way we can make the Case insensitive search work for Dashboard Prompts.
Appreciate any help on this.
