How to read Barcode in forms from locally connected USB scanner/barcode reader

Hi all,

We are using Oracle EBS 12.1.3 and I am trying to find out if it is possible to read barcode from locally attached USB reader/scanner in the Custom Forms Application running under EBS 12.1.3.

Any link NoteID, Document in this regard will be very helpfull.
