Large MMON trace file

We are running a 3 nodes RAC 10.2.0.5 on Linux. And one of our node is continuously enlarging the MMON trace file.
We have no clues to the cause behind this.  The end of the MMON trace file has the following lines:

SQL pgadep:3 pgapls:0 system
Reparse from kzp.c-1296
kksfbc-reparse-infinite-loop: hv=1985765847 reason=0 sqltext
select min(time_manager_info) from "SYS"."AQ_EVENT_TABLE"
error 4023 happened during job cache initialization

Please advise. Thanks!
